Minimum Enrollment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure the quality and viability of this event, a minimum enrollment threshold must be met. If at least 75% of the required attendee quota is not reached by two weeks prior to the event date, the event will be canceled.

If cancellation occurs due to low enrollment:

• All payments made toward the event will be refunded in full,

• Except for the non-refundable deposit, which will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs.
